I've mentioned it numerous times over and over again success is not going to come over night. You have to work long and hard in order to capture success. The tough and lengthy process of trying to achieve success is known as paying your dues. You have to pay your dues, you have to wake up earlier, you have to go to sleep later, you have to make sacrifices, you have to work longer, all of these are examples of paying your dues. Everyone who has become successful has paid their dues, and you are going to be no exception. Success is not going to land on your lap, you have to be relentless and grind hard to get it! With that said, enjoy the process and pay your dues.

Cut Out The Distractions
How bad do you want to become successful? Well if you want it bad enough than you have to make sacrifices. In order to become successful you have to develop clear focus and that means you have to cut out the distractions. I challenge you to turn off your phone for a week, I challenge you to not watch TV this week, I challenge you to deactivate your Facebook this week. The number one distraction that I believe separates the successful people from the non successful people is the non successful people are on their phones every hour of a day. Even when they are working they take numerous breaks to text. Are you kidding me? Your actions are showing that you don't want success bad enough. Did you know that every time you get distracted it takes you at least 20 minutes to get back to your train of thought. Think about that for a minute. If you get distracted twice a hour there goes 40 minutes of productivity. Take that into consideration the next time you pick up your phone to text your friend . It's hard, I know. Nobody said the road to success was an easy downhill road. The road to success is uphill and its going to hurt to get up the hill. But if you cut out the distractions then each step up the hill will become easier and easier.
