You may have seen Travis Barker countless times whether it be on your TV screen or live, and without a doubt if you seen him then you have seen his tattoos which go from his head to his feet. Travis Barker is a very inspirational man and the reason behind his tattoo's just goes to show the level of dedication he had towards becoming great in the music business. The reason he got tattooed was so he could never go and get a normal job... IT WAS EITHER MUSIC OR NOTHING. He had no plan B. So he went out and got tatted from head to feet so nobody would ever hire him in a normal job environment. Now that's commitment at its finest. That's how committed me and you need to be. Too many of us have a plan B. We develop safety nets that we can drop back on, well those plan B's just take away from plan A. So right now I want you to think about your plan A... what is it that you want to become? What is it that you want the world to remember you by? You got it? Well fuck plan B and go after plan A. Forget Plan B altogether. There are no safety nets, if you fail, FAIL FORWARD. Don't fail back.  What plan B's allow is for us to fail back. Well that just robs us of ever accomplishing success in plan A. So from now on it's either PLAN A or NOTHING. What this means is if you want to become a billionaire than your either going to become a billionaire or DIE TRYING. No PLAN B's. Let's GET IT. PLAN A OR NOTHING!

Proof That Anything Is Achievable No Matter How Wild Your Dreams: Maino's Inspirational Story

Maino a new budding rapper is one of the best unqiue talents coming out of New York. However, he wasn't always at this level. His story is an inspirational story filled with triumph. Maino was born in the ghetto in Brookyln and as a teen he engaged in numerous illegal activities as his family was poor. He would absolutely do what was necessary in order to keep food on his families plate. As a result he began distributing cocaine. When he was sixteen years old Maino and some associates came up with a plan, they were going to kidnap the connect (person who supply's them drugs to sell) and keep him hostage. However, the plan didn't go the way they wanted. Therefore, Maino and his friends were arrested and sent to prison. "Five to fifteen" the judge stated. Maino was sixteen years of age and was now going to spend at least the next ten years of his life in a cage in prison (If you don't believe me look at the cut on his face. It's from a prison altercation). His life was over as people believed.. "lock up and throw away the key another one sent to the slammer that we will soon forget". It appeared that when Maino was going to be released from prison he would probably endure a road down criminal activities as he was already exposed to. It appeared to be hopeless. However, where most would give up and accept the cards they were dealt Maino did the complete opposite. He found the light in the darkest of tunnels and became aware of the rap game. He began rapping in prison. He had never picked up a pen in an attempt to rhyme ever  before in his life. He kept writing and writing and when he was going to be released he was determined to fulfill his new found dream. He got out of prison and stuck to his goal which required a sicking degree of work ethic, but that didn't stop Maino. He kept pushing and pursuing and in a years time after his release he had landed a record deal. He released an album and was noticed for his hit singles 'All The Above' and 'Hi Hater'. Bam just like that his life was forever changed. From sitting in a cell being referred to as a number to having the world in his fingertips. His story is truly an inspiring one it just goes to prove that no matter what your situation is you can still overcome the obstacles at hand and rise above your problems and accomplish whatever you are pursuing. He can be described using one word ... Maino is truely UNSTOPPABLE!

Study The Greats And Become Great: Will Smith

Willard Christopher Smith better known as Will Smith was born on September 25, 1968 in Philadelphia. He had a mediocre childhood and a great upbringing.  His desire to be great was always there ever since one life changing scenario that he went through due to his father.  When Will Smith was eleven years old his father came to him and his younger brother who was nine at the time and told them to build a wall. Their father showed them the destructed wall and demanded them to re build it. At first, Will and his younger brother thought that this task was nearly impossible; however they began with laying one brick down at a time and in a year’s time they were done, the wall was built. Their father came home that night and looked at the wall and told them “Don’t you ever tell me something is impossible again” and walked through the door and went inside.

 Will Smith’s motivation in order to be somebody in life came ultimately from that one moment as he realized that the sky was the limit and he could do anything that he set his mind to.  At the age of twelve years old he began rapping which led to the famous T.V. show known as Fresh Prince of Bel Air which transpired to numerous amounts of block buster movies that he starred in. He was a millionaire by the age of 18. He achieved all this due to his motivation and his tremendous work ethic. He was motivated to become an influential person that people look up to and gain a sense of hope from , as well as he wanted to leave his mark on the world. 

In recent interviews he states that he was motivated from fear alone, he did not want to be living an average life which resulted in him working extremely hard in order to make sure he not only met his goals, but surpassed them as well.  He has an extreme desire to constantly be working and becoming a better human being as he states in an interview “I’m not afraid to die on a treadmill, I will not be outworked you may be more talented than me, you might be smarter than me, and you may be better looking than me, but if we get on a treadmill together, there’s two things that are going to happen, you’re getting off first, or I’m going to die.  It’s really that simple. I will not be outworked.” Due to his motivation and his desire to never give up he is now looked up to as one of the if not the greatest actors in the world! “In my mind I've always been an A-list Hollywood superstar. Ya’ll just didn't know yet."
