Change is Going to Come: Keep Your Head Up

This post is dedicated to everyone who is facing hard times at the moment. You may have lost loved ones or things are just not going your way. You may be on welfare or you may be working your ass off trying to make ends meet or for the women out there, your life may have gotten really rough and now the only way to keep the lights on is by prostitution. Whatever your circumstances may be I just want to make one thing clear, you can either become paralyzed and start to feel sorry for yourself or you can utilize the wrong hands you were dealt by life as MOTIVATION. You may feel like you have hit rock bottom, but think of it like this the only way to go now is UP. I sincerely believe that the people who are at the lowest point of their life have the best chance of becoming successful. Why? Because if they learn not to get all down, they can use the tragedy's as fuel which alone will take them along way. For example if you have recently lost a loved one, think of it like this, instead of sitting around and weeping, you have to go out there and become successful not only for yourself but for the loved one you have lost.

Master Your Mind And Success Will Follow

Have you ever noticed how the successful have such an optimistic outlook and an unbelievable positive mindset? In my opinion the main reason why I believe majority of people become successful is because of how they have conditioned their mind. They have rewired their mind to focus on the positives and even when things go wrong they find the light in the darkest of tunnels and turn that to into a benefit for themselves. Take Sir Richard Branson for an example, he might just have the most optimistic mindset ever, he is planning on sending people to OUTER SPACE in return for a heavy fee. Therefore, it is vital that we begin to condition our mind to the point were we just laugh when people say things such as "You could never do that." In order to achieve success you have to master your mind first. The next time a negative thought enters your mind focus on replacing it with a positive one. For example replace "Man I will never get that done" to "How can I get this accomplished?" This will allow your mind to begin seeking solutions instead of becoming shut down. Simply put, when you have mastered your mind, you can achieve everything you want in life.

Stop Doing The Same Old Things That Aren't Producing Results

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. I find that we consciously and unconsciously repeat the same processes and have a belief engraved in are mind that if we just keep on doing this something will give and the result we seek will be fulfilled. Well unfortunately in life that is not how it works. So we need to stop banging our head against the brick wall and analyze the situation at hand and come up with another game plan. The key to life when something is not going our way is to not give up but to change up our actions. It could mean changing what were doing or something simple such as changing our perspective on things. Another simple and effective technique you can utilize is to simply look at the problem in another light and in doing so your mind will open up to a window of opportunities and solutions. Therefore, all of us need to stop doing the same old things that aren't creating the results that we desire and come up with new actions immediately.

Do You Want To Become More Productive? Create Your Own Personal Morning Success Ritual

I've been on a quest to not only become more productive, but to retain more energy throughout the day and I recently stumbled upon Eben Pagan's 90 day program titled "Wake Up Productive." In one of the videos he demonstrated the importance of a personal morning success ritual which is something you do on a daily basis in the morning right when you wake up. In doing so he suggested that one would have a clear mind, become more productive, have more energy throughout the day and the word "tired" would be eliminated from one's vocabulary. I decided to try this and the results have been astonishing. Therefore, I advise you to create your own personal success ritual. What my success ritual consisted of was the following, I would wake up, get out of bed and before doing anything else I would head to the kitchen and drink a glass or two of water. This is effective because your probably aware that your body is dehydrated and needs water. So after I finish drinking my water, I go to the bathroom and take care of the essentials such as brushing my teeth etc. Than I exercise for about 30 minutes and after that I meditate for about 5 minutes. Now BELIEVE ME I to was very skeptical about meditating I thought only "weirdos" do that stuff, however it not only brings you inner peace but clears your mind. (It's also a good stress reliever) After my brief meditation session I than read out my life goals which rewires my brain into thinking and doing something about accomplishing these goals. I than take a shower and than lastly eat a well equipped healthy breakfast. The benefit of doing exercise right in the morning is that you retain more energy throughout the day believe it or not. I find this personal morning ritual very effective as it has greatly enhanced my productivity and therefore I recommend you make your own as well. When doing so make sure you have the following three key principles included which are drink water, some sort of exercise, and a good breakfast. Do you ever wonder how some people can accomplish things in a day which would have taken you about a weeks time well thats due to their high level of productivity. With that said, I'm leaving it up to you, if you desire to become more productive than I highly advise you create your own personal success ritual.

If you look at the life of the average-educated, hard-working person, there is a similar path. The child is born and goes to school. The proud parents are excited because the child excels, gets fair to good grades, and is accepted into a college. The child graduates, maybe goes on to graduate school and then does exactly as programmed: looks for a safe, secure job or career. The child finds that job, maybe as a doctor or a lawyer, or joins the Army or works for the government. Generally, the child begins to make money, credit cards start to arrive in mass, and the shopping begins, if it already hasn't.

Having money to burn, the child goes to places where other young people just like them hang out, and they meet people, they date, and sometimes they get married. Life is wonderful now, because today, both men and women work. Two incomes are bliss. They feel successful, their future is bright, and they decide to buy a house, a car, a television, take vacations and have children. The happy bundle arrives. The demand for cash is enormous. The happy couple decides that their careers are vitally important and begin to work harder, seeking promotions and raises. The raises come, and so does another child and the need for a bigger house.

They work harder, become better employees, even more dedicated. They go back to school to get more specialized skills so they can earn more money. Maybe they take a second job. Their incomes go up, but so does the tax bracket they're in and the real estate taxes on their new large home, and their Social Security taxes, and all the other taxes. They get their large paycheck and wonder where all the money went. They buy some mutual funds and buy groceries with their credit card. The children reach 5 or 6 years of age, and the need to save for college increases as well as the need to save for their retirement. .

That happy couple, born 35 years ago, is now trapped in the Rat Race for the rest of their working days. They work for the owners of their company, for the government paying taxes, and for the bank paying off a mortgage and credit cards.

Then, they advise their own children to `study hard, get good grades, and find a safe job or career.' They learn nothing about money, except from those who profit from their naïveté, and work hard all their lives. The process repeats into another hard-working generation. This is the `Rat Race'. - Robert Kiyosaki

I'm not going to write a lengthy post as it is getting mighty long all ready so all I have to say is... YOU HAVE TO READ THIS BOOK IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOREVER BELIEVE ME, I JUST FINISHED READING THIS BOOK AND JUST BY READING THE FIRST SIX PAGES MY WAY OF THINKING HAS BEEN CHANGED FOREVER. The $8 INVESTED IN Rich Dad Poor Dad: What the Rich Teach Their Kids About Money-That the Poor and the Middle Class Do Not! WILL COMPLETELY BE WORTH IT AND WILL BE THE BEST 8 BUCKS YOU HAVE EVER SPENT! AFTER ALL, Rich Dad Poor Dad HAS BEEN ON NEW YORK TIMES BEST SELLER LIST AS LONG AS I CAN REMEMBER (Can you sense how passionate I feel regarding this book...) Alright so last week I encouraged you to participate in an activity which if you had done so would have made you more productive. Let me elaborate,  some of our lives are so busy that we become accustomed to our daily patterns and as a result we become comfortable and loose sight about what we are trying to accomplish. Therefore, this activity should clear up your vision mentally. Doing the activity is really important because we usually get so caught up with so many things that we don't realize the effect it's having on us because were so in to it. So what I need you to do is close your eyes and mentally take a step back from everything in your life. From your personal life to your professional life. Mentally take a step back from everything and just take a moment to analyze the situation at hand and reflect on the big picture. This activity will wire your mind to focus on the big picture because most of the times we are so caught up with the little details that we miss out on the big picture. We miss the big picture because we our mentally in the picture and focus on little things which result in our vision regarding the big picture to become unclear. What this activity should do is enhance your vision of the big picture whatever it may be to you. For some it may be accomplishing their lifelong dream and for others it might be obtaining their short term goal. No matter what it may be this mental activity should greatly enhance the quality of your vision and clear up the blurriness and therefore move you a step closer to success. (Mentally at least!)
