The mind is a powerful thing and whatever one wants whether it be something dramatic as wealth or something that improves their personal life such as self confidence than they should at least twice a day say to themselves something along the lines of "I'm the most confident person ever" etc. Although this may sound a bit bizarre research proves that once the mind heres something over and over again it begins to believe it and will act in a away that will demonstrate it as well.
